Retail Customers Only (Not applcable to any Trade Account).

By placing an order on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Weights are of worm only when packed, weight loss may occur in transit due to water evaporation. Please state a telephone number when ordering, this will allow us to contact you should there a problem with your order.

No deliveries to Scottish Highlands to any Postcodes starting with  IV,  KW1 - 4,  PA34, 37, 38 or 39,  PH19-26, 30-41, 49 & 50.

We only deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Only orders received before midday, Monday through Thursday can be shipped for next day delivery. You may of course make advance orders for delivery on any Tuesday through Friday.

Please state the delivery day / date you require in the "Your notice to us" field during checkout.

We are unable to deliver, nor take orders for next day delivery, on Bank Holidays.

With the standard free delivery, it is not possible to state a time of day when the actual delivery may take place. You may choose and pay for a before noon service at the time of checkout. All deliveries require a signature upon their arrival at your destination address. Deliveries can be made to a neighbour's or work address, tick the appropriate box and submit details during the checkout process.

 It is your responsibility to accept the delivery at the time an attempt is made to do so. We can accept no liability for any damage or loss if there is nobody there to take receipt of the worms.

Ragworm leave our facility in tip top condition, they are packaged using insulated materials, and ice packs when appropriate for the weather conditions.

In the unlikely event that there are problems with your delivery, do not refuse to accept it. Usually, there is no damage to the actual worms within. If necessary, separate out any compromised worm from the rest. Please notify us by telephone as soon as possible, digital photographs would be of great help to you in presenting any claim.

N.B. This is a live product, life expectancy depends upon the conditions that worms are kept in.
